Enpa’s concern for animal rights and protection in Bosnia, as well as for the contidions in which local volunteers are forced to work, dates back to 2013 when we received and replied, as we always do, to a call for help. In Italy stray animals have often to face difficult and tough conditions of life, but in other countries the scenario for homeless dogs and cats is even worse. In the case of Bosnia the situation is complicated, thus we organized several missions which aimed at encouraging local volunteers, at giving tangible help and at saving animals. Our goal has always been to seek dialogue with local institutions, because without it work doesn’t give any fruit. Thanks to Enpa’s mission in november we managed to widen and to strengthen this dialogue.
